Manly Daily Northern Beaches Pairs Results Final Results...

The final week to this three week Manly Daily Northern Beaches Pairs event saw the field close in, but congratulations go to the clear winners, Patricia Matheson and Marcia Sawyer of the Manly Leagues Bridge Club, ahead of Michael Draper and David Farmer of the same club and then in third place, Jan McLennan and Bev Menzies representing the Balgowlah-Dee Why Bridge Club. Cheese, dips and drinks accompanied a small presentation after the final session at the Manly Leagues on Sunday 24 August. A perpetual trophy donated by the Manly Daily will be inscribed with the name of the winning pair and their club. Hopefully there will be a photo and coverage in the Manly Daily - though this may need to wait until one of the winning pair returns from a holiday!
